Appr\u00e9ciations G\u00e9n\u00e9rales et Sensibilit\u00e9  Consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une bonne vari\u00e9t\u00e9, elle est productive et repr\u00e9sente le meilleur pollinisateur de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 Achaak. Elle est assez r\u00e9sistante au Fusicoccum mais sensible aux pucerons. La vari\u00e9t\u00e9 Sfaxienne est particuli\u00e8rement bien adapt\u00e9e au centre et au sud de la Tunisie."}
